I'll be presenting two Bluegrass banjo workshops at the California Bluegrass Association's 51st Annual Fathers' Day Bluegrass Festival, on June 19th & 20th, 2016! One workshop will be an introductory course for beginners, and the other will focus on advanced techniques, music theory, etc.

"Java Jam" at Los Gatos Coffee Roasting Company (BanjerDan on banjo)
This will be my last appearance at the "Java Jam" before I depart for Tulsa!
The Java Jam is an invitational jam session that takes place at Los Gatos Coffee Roasting Company every Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Both amateur and professional Bluegrass musicians submit their names and respective instruments, and an algorithm puts together a different “band” each week!

“The Slippery Noodle Inn was originally founded in 1850 as the Tremont House. It is Indiana's oldest, continually operated bar in the original building. The Noodle is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Originally it was a roadhouse (predecessor to the Holiday Inn) and a bar.
